In February, 22 rods took to the still waters, and caught 15 trout. The longest was a 53cm beauty landed by A. Payn at Ringstead. Water temperature measurements taken at Turners Cottage were 23 degrees at 3 meters.
No anglers took to the rivers. Waters conditions on the rivers have been unpredictable.
