Over December 105 rods produced 140 fish on the UHTFC still waters. Conditions have improved thanks to downpours in the early afternoons filling most of the still waters. Heavy weed growth is the norm for this period with high temps occurring in the area. All still waters showed good returns with the condition scale a plus.
We’re glad to say that the September stocking of Lake Ringstead and Isabella proved itself in the returns over this period.
The river beats were unfortunately unfishable due to the heavy downpours in the Berg, but conditions are improving and they should be fishable over the next few months.
